Printing a workbook or worksheet allows you to have a paper copy of your work.

You may have more than one printer connected to your machine, in which case you will need to choose which printer to print to. The printer needs to be turned on and loaded with paper, of course.

You can print your whole worksheet or just a part of your worksheet. You can also specify the pages you want to print if your worksheet contains many pages.
