You can print the same row or column labels on every page of your worksheet. Repeating row or column labels makes the data in a long worksheet easier to understand. 

Repeating labels on a printout will not affect the appearance of your worksheet displayed on the screen. Use the Print Preview feature to see how the repeated labels will look in the printout of your worksheet.
